This classification is awarded to PADI Five Star Instructor Development Centers and Five Star Instructor Development Dive Resorts that dedicate their businesses to professional development for dive instructors. These dive shops meet the highest requirements for training PADI Professionals and offer career-oriented programs to prepare scuba diving professionals for employment in the dive industry, as well as offer job placement assistance for program graduates. The Aquanaut
Our boat, The Aquanaut, was in “Jaws II”! As a matter of fact, one of our Captains (Franky) is the grandson of the man that built the boat and played the Capt. in the movie – and his 2 uncles played the First Mates.

Our facility boasts its own 14-ft. deep, heated pool and large classroom spaces for training and fun all-year-long.
Large Classroom
Class is held in the large comfortable room at Emerald Coast Scuba. It is equipped with modern AV equipment, a full SCUBA library, coffee & snack center and a large sunny deck overlooking the pool.
